Two steps to register! Please read carefully.
Step 1: Please click to fill out the registration form and submit it. Be sure to indicate which class you are registering for.
Step 2: Send your cheque for tuition + HST, payable to the Kingston Potters’ Guild, along with your name, address, telephone number, and email address, to the Class Coordinator:

Registration in these classes is on a first-come first-served basis, determined by when we receive payment. You will be notified when your cheque has been received.
Whether a class will run depends upon having enough students to pay our costs, so we need your cheques before confirming the class. Your class will be confirmed by email. If the class will not run, your cheque will be returned or destroyed, according to your preference.
Once the class has started, we do not offer refunds.
Introductory Class Tools and Materials
Introductory classes include all tools and materials that you will need during class. Introductory students do not have access to the studio outside of class.
Throwing Classes materials and studio access
Students in Throwing Classes have access to the studio outside of class time!
- Access to the studio in the Tett Centre for Creativity and Learning is via a key lock box code near the studio door. You will be given the code during your first class.
If you need clay and tools, we require a separate cheque. A basic tool kit is $17.00 and a bag of clay is approximately $17.00 including HST for a total of $34. You pay this on the first night of your class. Payment by cheque is much preferred, please. If you must pay in cash please have small bills and change because we do not maintain a petty cash at the studio.
Class Welcome e-mail
You will receive an email about a week before the class starts to let you know that it is running for sure, and to provide a little more specific information.
